MTGetsy.com serves as a marketplace connecting vendors (“Sellers”) with customers (“Buyers”). We do not manufacture, stock, or ship products directly. All transactions and interactions regarding products are handled between Sellers and Buyers, with MTGetsy.com providing the platform for these interactions.
Direct Contact: Buyers can communicate directly with Sellers regarding order-related inquiries via the order page.
Non-Order Questions: For non-order-related inquiries, Buyers may contact MTGetsy.com through our Contact Page.
Privacy: Buyer information is shared only with the Seller for the purposes of fulfilling an order. MTGetsy.com does not share Buyer information with third parties beyond this scope.
Local Shipping Only: MTGetsy.com currently offers local shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Shipping Times: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate shipping timelines and fulfilling orders promptly.
Shipping Costs: Buyers will be informed of shipping costs at checkout.
All payments are processed through the platform’s payment gateway. Payment disputes should be addressed to the Seller first; unresolved disputes may be escalated to MTGetsy.com for review.
MTGetsy.com collects a 7% service fee from Sellers on each transaction. Sellers retain 93% of the sale price after production costs.
An automatic transaction fee of 1.4 to 2.9% is also collected by the payment service provider.
All fees are always transparent and visible before and after selling your items.
Refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled directly between Buyers and Sellers. If no resolution has been found, the Buyer or Seller can contact us directly using our contact form. However, you will be prompted to mediate with each other before we intervene.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and shipping timelines.
Sellers agree to handle customer inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and Seller policies before making a purchase.
Buyers must provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
Buyers are also responsible for communicating tracking information, providing support to their clients, and ensuring the overall transaction proceeds smoothly.
Users (both Buyers and Sellers) agree not to:
Post or sell illegal, counterfeit, or infringing products.
Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Site’s operations.
All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of MTGetsy.com or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Sellers retain ownership of their product designs but grant MTGetsy.com a license to use images and descriptions for promotional purposes.
MTGetsy.com is not liable for:
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in product listings.
Damages resulting from Buyer-Seller interactions or transactions.
Losses or damages caused by unauthorized access to user accounts.
MTGetsy.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violations of these Terms.
Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
MTGetsy.com may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
