Talisman of Unity // mtg proxy, mtg proxies, magic the gathering proxy, mtg, anime proxy, mtg waifu proxy, mtg custom card

Item Details

Hi! This listing is for a Talisman of Unity, Magic the Gathering Proxy. This is a proxy card and is not for sanctioned play.

I got into Magic the Gathering Commander years ago and quickly found myself making sexy MTG anime proxies for two reasons:
1. I quickly realized that I had more decks than I had copies of the expensive “staple cards” I wanted to use and getting more copies was not in my budget.

2. I also got tired of seeing the same old artwork for cards that are cheap but in every deck from Mana Rocks to Basic Lands. So I decided to make some sexy anime proxies for my Magic the Gathering Commander decks.

The card templates were created by me. The art I use is AI generated and then altered by me.

– The card stock used is an S33 German Black Core and has an extra smooth finish which has a very similar feel to the card stock used for Magic the Gathering and other TCG products.
– The card size is 63 x 88 mm, the same as a MTG card.
– The corners are also rounded similar to a MTG card.

About Your Seller

Hi!
I started making proxies for myself years ago for two main reasons:
  1. I wanted to buy more new pre-con decks as they came out, but I already had multiple decks that I felt were missing that one really expensive card to really make it play the way I wanted. I had one copy of the card, but 3 or more decks I wanted to run it in. Times that by X number of cards that fit this exact same situation for another spot in the deck. Imagine 13 commander decks with one of their colors being blue and you don't remember where you last left your Force. So instead of tapping my wallet for another copy of a card I already had to a 3rd party site, I tapped my wallet for the new pre-con I had my eye on.
  2. I wanted some fresh new artwork on the cheap staples cards that everyone has in their deck. Yes, I'm looking at you Sol Ring... I just grew tired of seeing the same artwork over and over and over. I wanted something...different. "(I) have a interesting taste in art". Yup. I grew up during the 90's when comic books were all the rage. Google 90's comic book covers and you'll get it. Then anime really became popular in the US...in many variations... I know I'm not the only one who likes this style of sultry anime ecchi images that can be a bit comedic sometimes.
Eventually I got around to actually playing a game instead of theory crafting more decks. As soon as my first proxy hit the table, the group roared with laughter! I know that the "powers-that-be" would never make a single card featuring this taste in artwork, so I decided to see if there were others like me out there.
The templates I use were created by me.
The symbols are custom made and created by me.
The images are AI generated and altered by me.
